BIOGRAPHY

My very first memories are of me drawing my preschool yard in Kiev, Ukraine where I grew up.

Recognizing my love for art my parents encouraged me to study it further and enrolled me into Kiev District School of Art. In 1996 my family and I migrated to Toronto, Canada. A few years later I started studying under Tasira Strimban, Barishev Art School in Toronto. I continue to take various art classes and workshops to improve my skills,  growth and learning never stops.

In 2008 I moved to Calgary, Alberta. I took part in Calgary Multicultural Centre Art exhibition and was noticed by “Silhouette” art group. I became a member. The art group consisted of mainly Russian and Ukrainian local artists. As a group we held art exhibitions in the city of Calgary.

In 2011 I came back to Toronto, Ontario where I continued to participate in various Art events such as "Art at Heart" event for Sick Kids Foundation in May of 2016 and other Art events all over the Greater Toronto Area.

In 2022 I relocated to Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia where I continue my artistic journey.
